My work is guided by a strengths-based approach, operating with the understanding that almost all of us are capable of initiating positive changes in our lives. I hold a masters degree in clinical social work from the University of Denver and bring to our sessions two decades of experience in private practice and mental health advocacy. My professional interests lie in women's integrative health, personal empowerment and the role of creativity in supporting mental health. I have post-graduate certifications in these and other treatment areas, including IFS (internal family systems), MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction) and EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). I look forward to meeting you.
